Week #1 of my July “exercise” plan went really well. I hit all my yoga days, all the core work, and the two bikes, two runs, and one swim. There was nothing stressful or crazy about it, which was nice. I’m really enjoying the YouTube yoga. The instructor has a very calming demeanor and always offers great adaptations – either to make things easier or harder – which is very nice for me as I tend to be flexibility challenged.
I’m not going to lie, I am itching to get back to tri-training, but this will be fine for 22 more days. I’m enjoying it.
